Antonio Ewing, Ed.D.

Cultural-Operational Architect

Shoreline's methodology comes out of doctoral research on how offshore professionals experience their working relationships with U.S. executives — whose expertise gets believed, what happens to insight that never reaches a decision-maker, and what that costs the organization paying for it.

The COFI dimensions were built from those findings and refined through advisory work across cross-border operations. The research is qualitative and deliberately narrow: depth on how the friction is actually experienced, rather than a survey of how often it occurs.

The research followed twenty years of running the operations it describes. Antonio has led global customer care and contact center organizations through multiple layers of leadership, owning the P&L and a multi-partner outsourcing portfolio across North America, Latin America, and African markets — building delivery capability in emerging markets, negotiating the contracts and SLA frameworks that govern these relationships, and managing partner transitions and exits. Every seat described in the field notes is one he has held.
